1.2 These terms and conditions comply with Dutch law and regulations, including the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek) and relevant EU directives.

Article 2: Applicability

2.1 These terms and conditions apply to every offer, quotation, and agreement between Bakkerij van Sezin and the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

2.2 By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the applicability of these terms and conditions.

Article 3: Offers and Prices

3.1 All prices listed on our webshop are in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

3.2 We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing. Customers will be informed of changes before their order is processed.

3.3 Offers and promotions are valid only during the specified period and while stocks last.

Article 4: Ordering and Payment

4.1 Orders can be placed via our webshop at https://www.bakkerijvansezin.nl.

4.2 Payment must be made at the time of order using the payment methods available on our webshop.

4.3 Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Bakkerij van Sezin reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is not received or if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Article 5: Delivery and Pickup

5.1 Orders can be delivered to the address provided by the customer or picked up at our location.

5.2 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Bakkerij van Sezin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5.3 Customers will be notified if an item is unavailable or if delivery is delayed. In such cases, customers may choose to wait for the product, receive a replacement, or cancel the order for a full refund.

Article 6: Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

6.1 Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, unless the product is:

Custom-made or personalized.
Perishable or has a limited shelf life.

6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us in writing via email at info@bakkerijvansezin.nl and return the product in its original condition and packaging.

6.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Article 7: Complaints and Warranty

7.1 If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us at info@bakkerijvansezin.nl. We aim to resolve complaints promptly.

7.2 Products are covered by the statutory warranty as per Dutch law. This means that products must meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability.

Article 8: Liability

8.1 Bakkerij van Sezin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit or data, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

8.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except where otherwise required by mandatory law.
